As an architect I use the computer all day long, which caused constant pain in my hand. This is the reason I invented something that can cure the problem.

The principal goal was:
• To relieve the pressure on the hand
• To facilitate the movement of the mouse
• To reduce the stress by changing the pressure points without lifting the hand

In the past, mouse pad was solely designed to aid the maneuverability of the mouse but did not consider the prolonged effect it might have on the physical health of the operator.

It can be very difficult to use the mouse for several hours because the user’s forearm muscles are under constant stress, as he or she must use them to perform the various movements associated with working with the mouse.

Incorrect hand, arm, and shoulder alignment causes further trauma to the hand, as the hand is forced into an unnatural position while maneuvering the mouse. Last, the conventional position also places pressure over a relatively small, static area of the hand, thereby restricting blood circulation and correct nerve functioning.

The ZSOLT™ Massaging Mouse Pad is the first to assist the movement of the mouse and position the wrist correctly.

If the user must work with a computer all day, the extended use of the mouse can lead to several physical health problems such as Cumulative Trauma Disorder (CTD), also known as Repetitive Motion Disorder (RMD), including Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS).

The effects of these disorders can range from local fatigue and soreness; to numbness and tingling; and even a complete loss of strength of the hand.

In some cases, the person becomes unable to perform his or her regular duties, which can eventually lead to loss of work, time and earnings.
The medical expenses can be considerable.

Fortunately, RMD can often be prevented! If you learn how to work smart and take care of your hand, you can reduce the risk of developing repetitive motion problems!

To prevent these physical problems, there is a need for a hand support that can help reduce these traumatic influences. The ZSOLT™ Massaging Mouse Pad effectively meets this demand by both supporting the hand in a natural position and also by offering a massage to the wrist.

The ZSOLT™ Massaging Mouse Pad design gives a massage to the wrist, improving circulation, and reducing stress to the hand. It actually helps relax the forearm during work. The upper arm supports the hand rather than the fingers and the wrist. The pressure points vary; thus, blood circulation is effectively stimulated.

The bottom line, then, is that the hand is relaxed and needs fewer rest periods.

The ZSOLT™ Massaging Mouse Pad facilitates the use of the mouse by rolling back and forth and sliding left and right, reducing twisting motion.

How to position your hand for the most comfort?

• Place the mouse pad next to the keyboard and put the mouse on it.
• Place your hand on the mouse. Let the rollers support your wrist.
• While using the mouse, the hand easily follows every movement by rolling and sliding on the rollers.
• The height of the chair is important as well. It is optimally positioned when the elbow is on the same level or higher than the rollers.

When used with proper arm and hand position, the ZSOLT™ Massaging Mouse Pad can help reduce the risk of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome!

By using the ZSOLT™ Massaging Mouse Pad, the pressure points on the hand are always changing. The hand rolls back and forth on the rollers, which provides improved blood circulation, reduces hand fatigue.
The ZSOLT™ Massaging Mouse Pad facilitates mouse use by rolling and sliding with all the movements of the mouse.

For relaxing and reducing stress, massage your hand by:
- rolling your palm back and forth on the rollers
- and rolling the back of your hand.

These movements improve blood circulation and eliminate stress. The refreshing effects of the massage are immediate. The use of the computer mouse becomes more enjoyable. The annoying feeling one has, while using the mouse, will diminish.

The ZSOLT ™ Massaging Mouse Pad is designed with a rigid base in order to be used on any surface. The operator can put the mouse pad on his or her lap and lean back comfortably. This moves the monitor away, and reduces vision related problems.

The mouse pad can be placed on most external supports attached to the desk or chair.

It can be placed on your lap so you are independent from the desk. You can place it anywhere for your comfort.
